Dear Pak Alex,
Good Morning
Warmest greetings from Bangkok – Thailand
How are you today? — hope I find you and your family are well (ok, fine, stay healthy), everything around you is also going well as planned, and hope your company (BPR-Lestari) is also gaining a very good business.
Re: the above mentioned subject. Three months ago, when I was having my holiday in Bali, I had called / informed and deeply asked you about the possibility to having your article…with topic: “how to prepare and increase the competitiveness of Bali’s your generation — especially fresh graduated, in term of skill/knowledge — in order to increase their access and possibility/chance to be part and benefited of TOURISM-INDUSTRY”. How to prepare them to be “professional” or “interpreneur / businessman”.
So far, as you have been aware, Bali’s Tourism-Industry has been contributing 30% of Bali Product Regional Bruto (PDRB), but unfortunately…..young generation have little access on this.
I don’t know if:
1). young generation don’t have enough qualification (specific skill/knowledge) to winning the competition, or
2). they don’t know how to enter the stage (the ring), or
3). they don’t have enough “Braveness” to compete (lack of confidence), or
4). the local regulation is not fair for them, or local government doesn’t put attention to this matter, or
5). it is part of globalization…..where the weak one will be marginalized.
Note: Since I know that you are expert on this issue, please kindly share your expertise (and opinion)…as well as giving optional solutions (the way-out to overcome the problems)….so everyone could get benefit from you. Just write down your idea within 3 – 4 pages. Hope the government, authority and other social bodies will look at your idea.
That’s all I have, thank you very much for your kind attention, help, and cooperation.
Wishing you’re all the best in everything you do and plan
With kind personal regards from a distance
